Sr Manager, Solutions Lead (SAP GMX)

Location: United States, Pennsylvania, Collegeville; hybrid, with 2–3 days onsite per week at any US hirify.global Digital site

Annual base salary: $124,400–$207,400; Tampa, Florida range: $111,900–$186,500. Eligible for a 17.5% bonus target and share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Own the global SAP GMX data, analytics, reporting, reconciliation, and certification solution portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, stabilization, and support transition.
• Set roadmaps and priorities for transformation initiatives, regulatory needs, business enhancements, and operational continuity.
• Lead matrix colleagues, contractors, vendors, and analysts while managing capacity, deliverables, and execution quality.
• Partner with Finance, Controllers, Supply Chain, Digital, SAP, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders on solution decisions and governance.
• Drive root-cause analysis, automation, monitoring, standardization, risk mitigation, and production readiness for business-critical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with SAP BW, SAP BPC, Finance data solutions, enterprise reporting, or data platform delivery.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP BW data ingestion, data modeling, BW query development, Analysis for Office, BPC planning functions, and in-depth ABAP programming.
• Deep experience with GMX, Finance close, certifications, reconciliations, SAP BPC planning and consolidation, and financial reporting processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution, material master data, Product Costing, FI-GL, and Finance master data governance.
• Must have permanent US work authorization and be authorized to work in the US for any employer; US visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in BW, BPC, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BOBJ tools.
• Experience developing roadmaps, managing portfolio demand, and communicating outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
