What you will do

• Review and process policy changes requested by agents and insureds.
• Support renewal processing and follow up with agents.
• Review inspections and follow up on identified hazards.
• Monitor policies for compliance with recommendations.
• Answer basic policy questions from agents and insureds.
• Coordinate between departments and contribute to projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of assistant underwriting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn new technologies, build relationships, collaborate, and adapt to a changing business environment.
