TL;DR
System Analyst (Enterprise Integrations/PO): Designing and implementing an integration layer connecting business systems and digital services, with an accent on requirements engineering, workflow automation, and product ownership. Focus on modelling BPMN processes, defining APIs and microservices integrations, managing the product backlog, and validating delivered increments.
Location: Remote, Serbia; specialists from every part of the world are welcome.

What you will do
- Capture, analyze, and document business, user, and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation.
- Model business processes with BPMN, design solutions, and build prototypes.
- Support backlog refinement and own product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, and lead demos, reviews, and increment validation.
- Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, risks, dependencies, compliance, and continuous Agile/Lean improvements.
Requirements
- 3.5+ years of experience as a System Analyst and experience as a Product Owner.
- Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, gRPC, Camunda or similar workflow platforms, ELK Stack, Git, and SDLC.
- Upper-Intermediate English or above, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
