Systems Analyst

Location: Remote; East Coast candidates preferred

What you will do

• Work with Business Analysts and customers to review requirements, data mappings, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Create and configure customer checks, forms, letters, reports, and other document templates.
• Automate workflow solutions and integrate documents into the proprietary basys software.
• Design complex batch, on-demand, and interactive templates with mapped data fields, grouping, repeating rows, headers, logos, and pagination.
• Collaborate with software developers on data source changes and process modifications.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and customer issue resolution.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional Systems Analyst experience, including report creation, forms development, data-field mapping, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of data sources and database concepts.
• Experience with SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to work with functions, parameters, XML, and XSLT.
• Ability to explain technical document-development requests and issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
