Lead Engineer, Order Management (IBM Sterling OMS)

Salary: $139,195–$179,800 annual base salary, with potential bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Develop the technical approach for order management systems and related software.
• Analyze and design solutions for omnichannel fulfillment, ecommerce platform migration, and client experience projects.
• Research, design, and develop software and specialized utility programs.
• Work with business and product teams to identify requirements and design solutions using IBM Sterling OMS.
• Translate business requirements into viable technical implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance issues in order management systems.

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing software solutions.
• Ability to analyze user and business needs and apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical principles.
• Experience working with order management systems, particularly IBM Sterling OMS.
• Ability to collaborate with business and product teams.
• Must be permitted to work from home in the United States.
