Program Director (Energy Infrastructure)

Location: Remote/Traveling (for corporate use only)

Salary: $203,014–$294,370 per year, determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Lead campus-level coordination across all scopes, contracts, and business units within integrated energy campuses.
• Own the integrated campus schedule and provide visibility into cost, schedule, and financial performance.
• Direct the integration of solar, wind, BESS, natural gas generation, transmission, and high-voltage infrastructure.
• Align controls, SCADA, protection systems, and commissioning sequencing before energization.
• Manage cross-contract and interface risks while supporting engineering, permitting, commercial, and execution strategies.
• Serve as the senior integration leader and primary client interface at the campus level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent technical training and experience.
• 12+ years of experience in energy infrastructure, power generation, or large-scale construction programs.
• 7+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Experience with complex industrial projects and multiple technologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate independently executed scopes.
