Customer Service Coordinator

What you will do

• Provide responsive customer service and act as a reliable contact for customers and internal teams.
• Support Sales Representatives with sales and customer-related activities.
• Coordinate with Global Sales, Supply Chain, Export, and Production to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
• Provide timely order status and delivery updates to global customers.
• Coordinate complex orders and repairs accurately through internal ERP systems.
• Organise shipments and ensure export documentation is complete and submitted on time.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar office administration or customer service role.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Strong customer-care orientation and clear written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive approach, ownership of tasks, and ability to identify improvements and follow work through to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience with export processes.
• Experience with import clearance processes.
