Associate, Fire Engineering

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of complex fire engineering projects across multiple sectors.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for fire strategies, engineering reports, and design solutions.
• Develop innovative, performance-based fire engineering solutions for challenging projects.
• Serve as a technical authority on UK fire safety legislation, Building Regulations, and industry best practice.
• Manage relationships with clients, developers, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead proposals, fee submissions, bid responses, market strategy, business growth, and the mentoring and development of fire engineers.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Significant experience in a fire engineering consultancy environment.
• Experience leading, managing, and developing technical teams.

Nice to have

• Chartered Engineer status or progress toward becoming a Chartered Engineer.
