Head of Quality (Power Systems & Renewables)

hirify.global operates a Power Systems & Renewables business focused on project delivery across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and operational acceptance.

What you will do

• Develop and implement the quality strategy, framework, objectives and annual improvement plans across Power Systems & Renewables operations.
• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System and govern Quality Management Plans in line with ISO 9001, ISO 10005, industry standards, regulatory requirements and client-specific requirements.
• Lead business-wide audits, project quality assurance reviews, quality surveillance, Inspection & Test Plan monitoring, commissioning verification and handover assurance.
• Develop quality KPI dashboards and monthly Executive Team reporting covering NCRs, defects, First Time Quality, close-out, retention release indicators and customer satisfaction.
• Lead digital quality management implementation, reduce manual and spreadsheet-based controls, and integrate quality reporting into business-wide dashboards.
• Represent quality with clients and supply chain partners, support bids and tenders, manage customer escalations, and lead and develop the quality team.

Requirements

• Ability to lead quality management across power systems and renewables operations.
• Ability to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 10005, industry standards, regulatory requirements and client-specific quality requirements.
• Ability to manage quality governance, audits, assurance reviews, Inspection & Test Plans, commissioning and handover processes.
• Ability to develop quality performance metrics, dashboards, reporting systems and corrective actions.
• Ability to lead digital quality management transformation and improve quality data visibility.
• Ability to represent quality with clients, support bids and tenders, manage customer escalations, and build relationships with supply chain partners.
