Senior UI/UX Designer (Fashion Retail): Designing elegant, conversion-focused experiences for an iOS-first fashion rental and resale marketplace across mobile and responsive web with an accent on high-fidelity Figma interfaces, iOS design patterns, and scalable design systems. Focus on improving discovery, rentals, checkout, onboarding, and account management while building new marketplace workflows and ensuring pixel-perfect developer implementation.
Location: Remote from Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico

What you will do
- Design polished, intuitive user experiences for iOS and responsive web.
- Create high-fidelity iOS interfaces, interactive prototypes, reusable components, and scalable design systems in Figma.
- Define and document iOS-specific patterns covering navigation, gestures, modals, alerts, and haptics considerations.
- Improve marketplace journeys including product discovery, rentals, checkout, onboarding, and account management.
- Design operational experiences for garment care, notifications, and lender management.
- Collaborate with the founder and developers, conduct UX research when needed, and maintain design quality through implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for digital products.
- Advanced Figma proficiency, including components, auto layout, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Proven experience designing native iOS interfaces in line with Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Required experience designing products in the Fashion Retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered and interaction design, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders, communicate design decisions, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Nice to have
- Experience with fashion e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
- Portfolio featuring Fashion Retail brands or luxury consumer products.
- Mobile application design experience.
- Knowledge of marketplace journeys, checkout optimization, conversion-focused UX, and frontend handoff workflows.
- Startup or fast-paced product environment experience.
