Global Onsite Lab Project Manager

Location: 6755 Mississauga Rd, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 90,000–CAD 115,000 yearly

What you will do

• Review, assess, and create financial models and proposals for new and existing onsite laboratories.
• Consult with clients and hirify.global regional and country teams on requirements, costs, schedules, and project information.
• Prepare or support technical proposals and tender submissions, including client negotiations.
• Schedule and track laboratory designs, builds, renovations, and expansion projects with local operating teams.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution for new laboratory startups.
• Monitor laboratory equipment purchasing to ensure global standards, completeness, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in science or engineering, preferably in geosciences such as geology, mining, mineralogy, environmental mineralogy, or soil science.
• Technical experience in a geosciences-related profession, with some business or personnel management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the mining and minerals industry.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Strong time management, organization, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, or another language besides English.
