Location: Helsinki or Berlin

What you will do
- Build and maintain a trusted record of licensing agreements, including terms, renewals, exclusions, and amendments.
- Model royalty costs, revenue impact, margins, and forecasts for licensed content and upcoming deals.
- Automate manual reconciliation, reporting, follow-up, and license-status monitoring using AI, scripts, or no-code tools.
- Analyze proposed licensing terms, benchmark existing deals, and support negotiations and renewals.
- Manage royalty reporting, including report reconciliation, invoice and royalty checks, and resolution of claims or payout delays.
- Work with Licensing, Finance, Operations, Product, Content, Data, and Engineering on catalogue priorities and reporting pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, business operations, revenue operations, data analytics, royalty operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience building financial or operational models used for business decisions.
- Advanced spreadsheet and SQL skills, plus experience with a BI tool such as Metabase or Looker.
- Experience with financial reconciliation, accruals, invoice checks, and revenue and cost flows through the P&L.
- Ability to turn data from multiple sources into clean, trusted datasets and manage multiple workstreams.
- Ability to work from Helsinki or Berlin.
Nice to have
- Experience with music publishers, PROs, CMOs, collection societies, record labels, or other rightsholders.
- Experience with planning tools such as Pigment.
- Practical experience using AI to improve reconciliation, contract analysis, data processing, or reporting workflows.
- Understanding of music rights and royalty ecosystems and related licensing processes.
