What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, document, and deliver software solutions for business needs.
• Build and maintain web applications, web APIs, integrations, reports, and enterprise application customizations.
• Collaborate with developers, internal teams, business analysts, project managers, and department managers to define requirements and solution options.
• Write code, perform unit testing, estimate development effort, and deliver project documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and contribute to user-centric application experiences.
• Coach junior software developers on documentation, coding standards, and business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, relational databases, SQL, software development life cycle methodologies, Windows, testing, and quality assurance.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, solve problems, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service mindset, integrity, and openness to change.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MVC, Blazor, .NET Core, Web APIs, and JavaScript.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
