Clinical Assistant (AI)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa. Relocation assistance is not offered.

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of patient referrals and inbound requests for international clients.
• Triage, route, and follow up on patient requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate communication and workflows between administrative services and clinical teams.
• Assist with billing workflows, including invoice processing, insurance paperwork, and routine billing inquiries.
• Improve and automate operational workflows by leveraging AI.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent Portuguese and English communication skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage patients through a digital care workspace.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to data security and privacy, with proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office.
