What you will do

• Design and refine clinical agents within the clinical decision support system, defining their purpose, behavioral scope, and edge cases.
• Build evaluation benchmarks from anonymized real-world cases, including Brazilian clinical transcripts and expected versus unexpected alerts.
• Stress-test agents with realistic clinical scenarios and improve false-positive and false-negative performance.
• Contribute to the clinical decision support product vision by identifying clinical gaps and proposing system iterations.
• Work with product, design, and engineering to translate clinical practice into agent requirements and challenge clinically unsound solutions.
• Support client-institution relationships and contribute to clinical publications on system performance, alert responses, and multilingual deployment across Latin America.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor with a general medicine background.
• Strong clinical reasoning, diagnostic thinking, and familiarity with medical guidelines and evidence.
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing prompts, transcripts, and guidelines.
• Data-driven, iterative approach with comfort using acceptance rates, rejection rates, and pending-alert metrics.
• Clear written and verbal communication, ownership, and the ability to provide respectful but firm pushback.
• Fluent English required.
