Focus on identifying material-process risks, improving inventory controls, and maintaining precise reporting with limited supervision.
Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States; onsite five days per week

What you will do
- Prepare and process cycle counts according to KPI requirements and direction from the Inventory Analyst.
- Maintain accurate material and location records and audit applications and processes for data integrity.
- Analyze inventory processes through observation and interaction with users.
- Identify risks in material processes and recommend practical inventory-control improvements.
- Perform multiple counts per day, work independently, and provide precise follow-up reporting.
- Work overtime and weekends as required while meeting standard-work and performance expectations.
Requirements
- One to three years of experience in inventory, distribution, and/or operations is beneficial.
- Experience in inventory control, quality, or audit services is beneficial but not required.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, communicate issues clearly, and maintain precise attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week and work overtime and weekends when required.
