Pre-Sales Technical Specialist – Design and Manufacturing - Italy

Location: Milano, Italy; hybrid role with travel within Italy and occasional travel to other global locations

Salary: €60,750–€89,100 annual on-target earnings (OTE), consisting of base salary and commission target.

What you will do

• Discover customer needs and provide hirify.global solution advice for design and manufacturing workflows.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations for customer meetings, events, conferences, trade fairs, webinars, and workshops.
• Contribute to commercial proposals and support complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Develop technical content for pre-sales activities and sales automation.
• Support channel partners in understanding and promoting hirify.global solutions.
• Provide product feedback and build recognition as a technical expert in hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

• Professional experience in manufacturing, mechanical or industrial engineering, product development, automotive, aerospace, medical technology, metal fabrication, materials science, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of 3D CAD and PDM and/or PLM solutions, including on-premises and cloud-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and business processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for executive and customer-facing engagements.
• Business fluency in Italian and English, spoken and written.
• Ability to travel within Italy and occasionally to other global locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Vault, Vault PLM, Inventor, or Fusion Manage.
• Experience integrating PDM, PLM, ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
• Experience with solution architecture discussions, workflow design, pilots, or proof-of-value engagements.
• Knowledge of machinery, industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace, consumer products, or medical-device manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
