Sr. Hogan Loans Analyst

What you will do

• Support the performance, reliability, maintenance, and controlled releases of the Hogan Loan Servicing System.
• Investigate escalated production issues across multiple systems and coordinate support, upgrades, and implementations with IT and third-party vendors.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, design and configure system solutions, and test process and system changes.
• Design, develop, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports across daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting cycles.
• Lead or participate in medium to large projects, including planning, decision-making, execution, control, and closure.
• Develop system documentation and training, advise end users, and coach teammates on the loan servicing system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking, operations, lending, or systems.
• Knowledge of lending and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to implement, configure, and test system solutions and improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, technical writing, and stakeholder consultation skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships, manage multiple timetables, and work effectively with business partners.
