Global Secure Communications Analyst

What you will do

• Support Global Secure Command and Control communications requirements across mission planning and management systems, aircraft weapon systems, Air Operations Centers, and enroute C2 nodes.
• Prepare meeting support materials, position recommendation documents, strategic guidance documents, and related reviews.
• Develop operating concepts and requirements for Global Secure Airborne Communications to support acquisition decisions.
• Provide C2 leadership for science and technology efforts and recommend solutions addressing capability gaps and shortfalls.
• Manage requirements, risk-reduction efforts, capabilities-based analysis, and mission planning and execution support.
• Present complex engineering concepts in clear, non-technical formats for customer discussions and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of C2 experience, including leadership in systems analysis and design, implementation support, project management, data or records management, resource management, or database planning and design.
• Knowledge of C2 and knowledge management systems such as GDSS, ACFP, and GATES.
• Experience with program or project management, process reengineering, JCIDS requirements, budget administration, and periodic reporting.
• Knowledge of secure airborne communications technologies, including Link 16, SADL, Iridium, MUOS, and JREAP.
• Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret SCI security clearance and communicate effectively with the customer.
