Engineering Manager - Communications Capture (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers in the Dublin R&D hub.
• Manage engineering projects from conception through completion while maintaining delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape the roadmap and balance product goals with engineering priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of products and infrastructure.
• Design and architect long-term technical solutions for hirify.global’s platform and customers.
• Coach, mentor, hire, and develop engineers.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing growing engineering teams.
• Industry experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong technical background in large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Passion for motivating, mentoring, and developing people.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
• Experience with user-facing products.
• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
