What you will do

• Drive task forces addressing production and development challenges.
• Lead improvement and foundation-strengthening projects.
• Lead technically complex development projects requiring special attention.
• Establish quality and design guidelines for novelty development.
• Contribute key input to the strategic novelty development roadmap focused on efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant project management experience with high-quality deliverables in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience creating optimization projects, including financial calculations and business-case benefits.
• Professional-level English is required.
• Ability to map, understand, and educate others on complex processes.
