Software Engineer - .NET

Location: Fully remote within Bulgaria, with the option to work from the Sofia office.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain customer-focused application features for 7pace.
• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET, C#, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Apply coding standards, automated testing, code reviews, and pair programming to deliver scalable, reliable, robust, and maintainable software.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX Designers, Product Managers, Team Leaders, Product Marketers, and Support Engineers in a self-organizing product team.
• Contribute to product direction, technical discussions, team improvements, and innovation.
• Take ownership of work and outcomes while structuring daily assignments independently.

Requirements

• Proven delivery experience across several software development projects or products.
• Hands-on experience with .NET and C#, including GraphQL and REST API development.
• Strong computer science foundations, including data structures, algorithms, computational complexity, functional programming, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with modular monolith architecture, clean domain boundaries, and cloud implementation using Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, web application performance, quality, and security.
• English at B2 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node and TypeScript, microservices, React, and Redux.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL or MSSQL.
