Sr Software Engineer | Backend (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack application features and backend services.
• Build AI-powered product experiences for the no-code platform.
• Design scalable, high-performance APIs and services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver product solutions.
• Write tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance while contributing to engineering practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and maintaining production-grade frontend and backend applications, with emphasis on backend development.
• Experience with scalable backend services, APIs, system design, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to independently own projects and deliver high-quality software in iterative environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to usability, reliability, and product quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Node, or comparable modern web technologies.
• Experience integrating AI-powered features or using modern AI tooling.
