Senior Software Engineer (C#)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; hybrid role

What you will do

• Develop and deliver production-quality software features and services.
• Write, review, test, and maintain clean, reliable, and scalable code through standard engineering workflows.
• Provide contextual support on engineering tools, libraries, standards, frameworks, and development environments.
• Guide engineers on Unix/Bash workflows and recommend solutions based on technical trade-offs.
• Automate repetitive workflows with scripts, templates, and improved internal tooling.
• Contribute to AI coding tool enablement, Terraform infrastructure-as-code, AWS-based platform efforts, and identity/security framework decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including data engineering or similar experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and the ability to work across different programming languages when required.
• Strong software design and architecture skills, including evaluating trade-offs and explaining design decisions.
• Strong testing practices integrated into the development workflow.
• Experience diagnosing technical problems, advising internal teams, communicating clearly, and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required.
