TL;DR
Senior .NET/C# Engineer (Voice AI): Building and operating resilient backend services for a voice AI sales automation platform with an accent on campaign orchestration, event-driven workflows, and complex API integrations. Focus on designing multi-server architectures, solving concurrency and scaling challenges, and maintaining highly integrated production systems under real traffic.
Location: Remote, limited to Mexico, Panama, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru

SalesBlue is a voice AI sales automation platform for insurance brokerages in Mexico and Spain, building outbound calling systems and agentic workflows.
What you will do
- Build and operate core backend services, including campaign orchestrators and FSM-based workflow engines.
- Integrate telephony, voice AI platforms, insurance carrier portals, and CRM systems.
- Design backend architecture and make system design decisions alongside the CTO.
- Develop multi-server deployments, asynchronous processing pipelines, and event-driven flows.
- Support frontend integration through Next.js.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in .NET and C#.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including OOP, SOLID, SOA, and design patterns.
- Experience designing and operating event-driven backend architectures with real production traffic.
- Practical knowledge of horizontal scaling, failover, stateless design, parallel programming, concurrency, async/await, thread safety, and queues.
- Experience integrating multiple external services and APIs and designing backend architecture for complex web applications.
- Fluent English communication required; Spanish is a plus.
Nice to have
- Voice AI and telephony integrations with Twilio, Retell, ElevenLabs, or Deepgram.
- Experience with AWS, Vercel, or Railway deployments.
- Startup experience and comfort with changing requirements.
