Salesforce Administrator (Omaha, NE)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, at FN Tower; hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two remote days per week.

Salary: $69,616–$114,867 base pay per year.

What you will do

• Maintain, install, configure, monitor, patch, and deploy changes to Salesforce applications and supporting infrastructure.
• Manage application performance, reliability, maintenance, upgrades, implementations, and testing.
• Collaborate with capability owners, business units, and third-party vendors on system enhancements.
• Analyze data requests and design, develop, and maintain reports and metrics.
• Support end users through troubleshooting, documentation, education, and training recommendations.
• Participate in team projects, Agile ceremonies, compliance activities, and 24/7 critical incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technology field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an information technology environment and 1–3 years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience with third-party vendors, including vendor-hosted and on-premise systems.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Consultative stakeholder analysis, problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• nCino support, configuration, and maintenance experience.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
• Understanding of commercial lending or other loan origination system applications.
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools.
