Senior Product Manager (AI, Youth & Club Soccer)

Location: Priority for applicants within commuting distance of Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska; remote work is available only from AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, or WY.

Base salary: $112,000–$187,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for a long-term incentive award and discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional product squad as product owner, maintaining a transparent and prioritized backlog.
• Create a connected ecosystem of products for the youth and club soccer market.
• Lead product discovery and collaborate with release teams to deliver solutions with measurable market impact.
• Evaluate opportunities and shape the product strategy and roadmap based on customer value, business viability, and platform strategy.
• Design AI-powered workflows that automate manual work and reduce operational friction.
• Collaborate across customer success, sales, partnerships, legal, finance, and support.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of Product Manager experience.
• Track record of driving complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and competitive trends, supported by qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of product-business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal.
• For remote work, residence in one of the listed U.S. states is required; applicants near the Lincoln or Omaha offices are prioritized.

Nice to have

• Experience with rapid post-launch optimization of live product capabilities.
• Experience demonstrating tools, training users, or handling support inquiries directly.
