Media Buyer, Integrated Media Investment (Temporary)

Location: Remote USA

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, launch, and report on integrated media campaigns, with a strong focus on digital channels.
• Manage vendor communications, partner relationships, consideration sets, and RFP development.
• Support media buying, vendor contracts, platform budgets, billing, and invoicing.
• Use media buying, trafficking, measurement, and reporting tools including FreeWheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, and Tableau.
• Negotiate discounts and added value, monitor weekly pacing, and troubleshoot campaign issues.
• Review and mentor Assistant Buyers while supporting media strategy and client-facing media points of view.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in media investment or buying across online and/or offline channels.
• Experience executing and managing digital campaigns, including display, audio, and video; this role is digital heavy.
• Proficiency with FreeWheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, Tableau, or comparable media tools.
• Strong project and campaign management skills covering RFPs, vendor negotiations, trafficking, pacing, and reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for managing vendors and supporting internal teams.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
