Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead product discovery, ideation, pre-sales, proof-of-concept, and MVP initiatives.
• Analyze markets, competitors, customer needs, and product trends to define opportunities and value propositions.
• Translate business goals into product vision, problem statements, success metrics, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Facilitate workshops with clients, business stakeholders, designers, engineers, sales, and delivery teams.
• Define personas, map needs to product capabilities, structure requirements, and guide feature development.
• Evaluate PoC and MVP results, analyze customer usage and feedback, monitor NPS or similar metrics, and recommend product growth actions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product marketing for digital products.
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle from discovery and validation through roadmap planning and delivery.
• Hands-on experience launching AI-driven products or initiatives from use-case definition and validation through MVP development and production rollout.
• Experience designing, developing, or managing software products, software solutions, or innovation initiatives.
• Skills in market research, competitor analysis, backlog prioritization, product specification, roadmap management, and data-informed decision-making.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher for collaboration with clients and international teams; experience leading people and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• MBA, Pragmatic Marketing Certification III or higher, or a similar product-related certification.
