Operations & Strategy Intern (FinTech)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid setup with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support fund onboarding by coordinating investor support, client onboarding, document preparation, and operational issue resolution.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, map fund structures, and help deliver scalable onboarding experiences.
• Manage investor onboarding, investment documentation, capital calls, and other venture operations activities.
• Improve process efficiency and support end-to-end automation across jurisdictions.
• Take ownership of operational problems and collaborate with the broader Operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum commitment of six months.
• Recent graduate or nearing the end of studies.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment such as venture capital, consulting, investment banking, business law, or operations.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Understanding of basic private market fundamentals and interest in private asset investing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Notion, Make, Asana, or Retool.
