Business Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid, with 2 recommended office days per week. Workplaces are available in Lithuania, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. Remote work is permitted for up to 90 days per year in the EU, with limited global workation days.

Salary: €3,483–€4,100 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead the technical maintenance and optimization of HubSpot and related business development tools.
• Build automated flows and integrations between systems using Python, webhooks, and APIs.
• Monitor system performance and integration health, resolving issues and preventing process bottlenecks.
• Maintain and improve the internal knowledge base for operational processes and automations.
• Design, manage, and document cross-functional processes such as point churn and point billing.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM operations, ideally HubSpot, and automation within sales or operations workflows.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, process design, and systems integrations.
• Ability to translate operational and business needs into scalable automated solutions.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Reliability, structured working practices, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Comfort with Python, APIs, and webhooks.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Workato, Aircall, Huboo, Getbyrd, FROGED, or ServiceNow.
