NPI Test Development Engineer (RF)

Location: San Jose, California, USA; onsite at 1730 Fox Drive

Annual base salary: USD 121,900–195,000

What you will do

• Lead the development and deployment of automated test solutions for RF and mixed-signal products across the New Product Introduction lifecycle.
• Develop production-ready automated tests using TestStand and C# on PXI-based automated test equipment.
• Drive RF test development, system integration, and complex hardware/software debugging.
• Provide design-for-test feedback to engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Improve software and test architectures by promoting framework reuse and reliability.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in automated test development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and TestStand.
• Deep knowledge of RF measurements.
• Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software systems.
