NPI Test Development Engineer (RF)

Location: San Jose, California, USA

Annual base salary: USD 121,900–195,000, plus discretionary annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead automated test solution development using TestStand and C# on PXI-based automated test equipment.
• Develop RF tests, integrate test systems, and debug complex hardware and software issues.
• Provide design-for-test feedback to engineering teams throughout the NPI lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Improve software and test architectures through framework reuse and reliability practices.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in automated test development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and TestStand.
• Deep knowledge of RF measurements.
• Experience debugging complex hardware and software systems.
• Structured problem-solving and clear communication skills.
