Mid Category Management - Shocks & Struts (Automotive)

What you will do

• Own the commercial plan, strategy execution, assortment, revenue, profitability, and performance metrics for the shocks and struts category.
• Monitor KPIs, investigate complex data discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Formulate and test hypotheses using advanced Excel and BI systems to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze brand and product mix to identify range gaps, optimize brand strategy, and uncover sourcing opportunities.
• Consolidate multi-source data and build performance visualizations in PowerBI and Metabase.
• Coordinate developer and analyst tasks by defining requirements, tracking deadlines, and providing status updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of category or product management experience in the aftermarket automotive spare-parts sector, ideally in e-commerce or omnichannel environments.
• Advanced data analysis skills, including MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
• Experience with sales and purchasing planning and project management.
• Strong cross-functional communication, organization, proactivity, and independent decision-making skills.
• Advanced English at B2/C1 level for written and verbal collaboration across international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education diploma in business, supply chain, or a related technical field.
