Analyst II, Credit Analysis (Agribusiness)

Location: Omaha, United States; hybrid schedule with in-person collaboration three days per week and remote flexibility two days per week

Salary: $63,288–$104,425 base pay annually

What you will do

• Conduct independent credit underwriting for new requests, renewals, and annual reviews.
• Prepare loan presentation packets and credit memorandums.
• Analyze borrower, guarantor, and related-entity financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and contingent liabilities.
• Perform collateral analysis, margin and loan-to-value calculations, risk rating, and sensitivity analysis.
• Research borrowing entities, related commitments, industry risks, and relevant economic variables.
• Discuss credits with Relationship Managers, Credit Approvers, and subject-matter experts while maintaining accurate documentation and service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Agribusiness, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of credit analysis experience and required agribusiness experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, lending policies, documentation, cash flow analysis, and collateral analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, accuracy, thoroughness, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Unrestricted United States work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.
