Location: In office in Ontario, California, United States
Salary: $31.39–$50.14 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do
- Support credit underwriting and portfolio management for middle market clients with annual revenues of $50 million to $1 billion.
- Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers, guarantors, and sponsors.
- Monitor portfolio performance through periodic reviews and covenant tracking.
- Analyze credit data, market and industry reports, and trendcards; prepare credit presentations.
- Support risk management, credit quality, origination standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ad hoc projects while developing underwriting and portfolio management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in credit management, lending operations, and risk management principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical skills and an interest in interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
