Marketing And Sales Support (Climate Solutions)

Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire, United Kingdom. Onsite Monday to Thursday; choose the work location on Fridays according to work requirements.

What you will do

• Deliver marketing activities across direct marketing, social media, trade publications, and industry events.
• Organise exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events, managing logistics and promotional materials.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the marketing plan.
• Create, coordinate, and monitor marketing content and campaigns to increase market presence and customer engagement.
• Provide sales administration, including documents, reports, presentations, customer communications, and lead follow-up.
• Maintain sales systems, records, processes, and brand consistency across marketing materials.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, sales support, or administration.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience coordinating events, exhibitions, or promotional activities.
• Understanding of social media, direct marketing, and trade publications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems or databases.

• Marketing or relevant business qualification.
• Experience in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales support systems.
