Senior Software Engineer (Perception)

What you will do

• Train, deploy, and monitor 2D and 3D object detection models using camera, LiDAR, and radar data.
• Build and maintain data collection, labeling, and evaluation pipelines.
• Maintain proprietary multi-modal datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Architect a deterministic secondary perception system.
• Mentor junior engineers on engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Deep Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of focused experience in perception, including sensing, preprocessing, detection, and tracking.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and ROS2.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with autonomous robots.
• Experience developing CUDA kernels.
