VIM Expert (SAP Invoice Management)

Location: Primarily Belgium, at client offices in and around Zaventem and Diegem, with occasional missions abroad

What you will do

• Support customers in making vendor invoice management processes more efficient with SAP Invoice Management by OpenText.
• Deliver full life-cycle projects from business requirements gathering and blueprint workshops through post-go-live support.
• Work with business stakeholders and management to understand and address process requirements.
• Provide key-user training and mentor junior consultant profiles.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development around SAP Invoice Management by OpenText.
• Work on client assignments mainly in Belgium, with occasional missions abroad.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience with SAP Invoice Management by OpenText, including OCR.
• At least 1 year of experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French is required.
• Strong consulting, communication, customer-facing, and business requirements gathering skills.
• Experience discussing requirements with business stakeholders, including management.
• Project management knowledge covering Agile, Scrum, or PMI, together with solid general IT understanding.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ariba integrations.
• Experience with electronic invoicing, such as PEPPOL or e-fattura.
• Experience with solution-beyond-invoice initiatives.
• Experience teaching end users and consultants.
