Sr. Financial Consultant

What you will do

• Lead and oversee financial consulting services for employee benefit clients.
• Monitor monthly financial reports, utilization metrics, benchmarks, and other client financial data.
• Develop reporting requirements and customized report formats.
• Support Benefit Consultants with meeting materials, coverage details, and contract information.
• Assist with renewal proposal negotiations and recommend plan changes or alternative funding strategies.
• Conduct demographic analyses, claims reviews, client projects, and finalist presentations for prospective clients.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related industry experience.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong to expert-level Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of and relationships with vendors.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
