Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote — Santiago, Argentina, or Brazil

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for a growing platform.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, safer, and more consistent deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and system configuration with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Build and manage observability systems for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Strengthen security, reliability, deployment quality, and uptime across environments.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to improve application performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong AWS experience, including ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Expertise with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI and infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration using ECS or Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Experience securing systems and managing secrets, permissions, and network policies, with strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
