B2B Demand Generation Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-funnel demand generation across SEM, Google/YouTube, and paid social channels including LinkedIn, Meta, X, and Reddit.
• Drive MQL, SQL, sales pipeline, and revenue targets through paid acquisition.
• Lead account-based marketing initiatives in collaboration with SDRs, BDRs, RevOps, Sales, Creative, and Analytics.
• Manage and forecast large advertising budgets across multiple geographies, pacing spend for impact and efficiency.
• Coordinate paid and organic acquisition efforts with the organic growth team.
• Run experiments across audiences, keywords, messaging, creative, bidding, landing pages, and conversion flows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven demand generation experience at a B2B company.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta, X, Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Proven ability to build pipeline through paid social and paid search.
• Experience with ABM, intent and enrichment platforms such as Apollo and Clay, and collaboration with Sales.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using BI tools such as ThoughtSpot, Looker, or Tableau.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for campaign ideation, creation, and optimization.
