Business Engineer (Investing)

What you will do

• Own the Digital Meeting and Holistic Advice applications end to end for the Private Clients platform.
• Act as deputy product owner, manage the backlog, and conduct technical analyses.
• Translate client and advisor needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and support developers during implementation.
• Run user acceptance testing and analyze data and reports to measure adoption and improve the applications.
• Collaborate with UX, Investment Platform, and CRM/CLM teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Train and support client advisors, drive adoption, and maintain technical and user documentation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Engineer, Business Analyst, or Product Owner, ideally in banking or wealth management.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including SQL and Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with client-facing applications, agile software development, Scrum, and close collaboration with UX.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Basic understanding of software architecture and APIs, with experience delivering complex digital solutions from concept to production.
• Fluent German and English are both essential.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI-supported features and an affinity for AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
