Senior Technical Business Analyst (Cash Operations & Payments)

Location: Strada Regina 40, 6934 Bioggio, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working available.

What you will do

• Provide application maintenance, bug fixing, and small enhancements for cash operations and payments functionality supporting SaaS clients.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, technical leads, and architects.
• Write solution designs for new developments and participate in technical reviews.
• Participate in client workshops and support requirements analysis.
• Design, develop, maintain, improve, and optimize application functionality.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and take ownership of the assigned area.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a structured and autonomous approach to complex technical and business problems.
• Ability to understand business needs and deliver clean designs and high-quality code.
• Experience working with agile processes and ticketing platforms such as Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial industry, cash operations, or payments.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of SIC, euroSIC, SEPA, and SWIFT MT or MX standards, including ISO 20022.
