Process Analyst (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities across Managed File Transfer platforms.
• Coordinate file transfer setup on IBM Sterling File Gateway, Sterling B2B Integrator, Axway Secure Transport, Hosted FTP, and similar solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, infrastructure, development, operations, security, and client service teams.
• Gather business and technical requirements, track milestones, coordinate testing, and support production cutovers.
• Coordinate issue resolution and maintain onboarding documentation, implementation records, and audit support materials.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for direct interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, ownership, coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead onboarding discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple activities.
• Basic knowledge of Managed File Transfer concepts and protocols, including SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTPS, Connect:Direct, or IBM Sterling solutions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Exposure to IBM Sterling File Gateway, Sterling B2B Integrator, Connect:Direct, Axway Secure Transport, or similar MFT platforms.
• Basic understanding of certificates, encryption, authentication, and networking concepts.
• Exposure to mainframe concepts such as ISPF/TSO, JCL, and TWS Scheduling.
• Experience with ITSM or project management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
