Business Continuity Analyst

What you will do

• Develop and support enterprise risk management, operational compliance, and global business resiliency governance programs.
• Interpret policies and standards as a second line of defense for Business Continuity Management.
• Map end-to-end service processes, identify single points of failure, and review technology resiliency architecture changes.
• Create and deliver scenario-based business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology resiliency exercises.
• Identify risks, track remediation through closure, escalate issues, and maintain application-level recovery strategies.
• Support incident monitoring, vendor reviews, training, audits, regulatory examinations, and complex business integration projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent additional experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience or capability in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, incident management, or technical resiliency.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, make recommendations, and provide regular project updates.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity in addressing complex business problems, and sound business judgment.
