Commercial Strategy Manager

What you will do

• Contribute to assisted channel strategies, including contact optimisation across calls and chat and long-term channel planning.
• Interpret performance data and develop business cases with Trading, Commercial, and Finance teams.
• Assess the commercial impact of initiatives and provide clear recommendations for decision-making.
• Plan and execute go-to-market activities for strategic initiatives across consumer, customer service, and capability teams.
• Create presentations and reports that communicate strategic rationale and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify improvements to processes, customer journeys, and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong numerical and commercial skills, with the ability to identify trends and generate actionable insight from data.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex challenges.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with business goals and measurable commercial impact.
• Highly organised and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
