Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (Copilot Studio)

Location: Poland; remote/office work with on-site presence in Abu Dhabi required for the first month.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Configure process-oriented application workflows and customize industry-focused solution packages.
• Perform component, integration, and user acceptance testing within the low-code platform.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders throughout end-to-end delivery.
• Troubleshoot automation and platform issues and coordinate with platform support teams.
• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure compliance with coding and design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer.
• Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and ALM.
• Microsoft Power Platform certification such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and contributing to iterative delivery.
• Understanding of platform design, performance considerations, integration patterns, and complex automation troubleshooting.
