Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.

What you will do

• Collaborate within an agile team to design, implement, and test connectivity product features.
• Build and maintain cloud-native services using C# and .NET within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Arm, Bicep, and PowerShell.
• Contribute to performance optimization and architectural redesigns of product components.
• Reduce build times and improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
• Work on both backend services and occasional Angular Web UI tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of software engineering experience using C# and .NET.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including production environment management.
• Experience with infrastructure as code such as Arm, Bicep, or PowerShell.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing).
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with Angular.
• Solid understanding of Lean Agile practices and principles.
• Knowledge of Azure cost pricing, SLA management, and security best practices.
