What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for the Global Payments function and build a scalable, resilient, globally consistent operating model.
• Lead technology, automation, transformation, bank connectivity, payment platform enhancement, and integration initiatives.
• Oversee accurate, secure, and timely client, investor, fund, treasury, and corporate payments.
• Establish global standards, controls, service levels, KPIs, risk reporting, and regulatory compliance practices.
• Integrate payment activities across the organisation and manage investigations, incidents, third-party providers, business continuity, and operational resilience.
• Build a high-performing global leadership team and lead capacity planning, workforce strategy, and location strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in Treasury and Payments, ideally within fund services, asset servicing, or financial services.
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience managing high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience building, scaling, or transforming global operational functions.
• Deep knowledge of treasury and payment operations, including SWIFT, wire payments, banking platforms, correspondent banking, and payment routing.
• Knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, multi-currency cash management, KYC, AML, sanctions, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Experience supporting hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity, or real estate funds.
