Growth SEO Manager (AI)

Location: Aldgate, London, hybrid with 3 days in the office

Salary: £40,000–£60,000 per year, plus a 25% bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own hirify.global.com’s global SEO strategy from end to end.
• Manage the website as a product and create the SEO roadmap.
• Improve technical SEO health and content performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and turn search behavior into acquisition initiatives.
• Work directly with Product and Engineering to ship SEO improvements.
• Adapt hirify.global’s search presence to a landscape rapidly reshaped by AI.

Requirements

• Experience owning and executing SEO strategy across technical SEO, content, and growth.
• Ability to identify search-driven growth opportunities and build acquisition channels.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to deliver website improvements.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week in the London office.
